Malts: Pale Ale and Citra Gold
Hops: Cascade (UK & US), Azacca (US) Pacifica (NZ), Mandarin Bavaria (DE) leaf and dry-hopped with US city
Appearance: Golden pale ale
Taste: Bright citrus notes with light malt and bitterness and a dry, hoppy finish to produce a satisfying, hoppy blonde session ale.
Comments: Quayside Blonde has been developed by using out popular Byker Blonde as a base with additional Mandarin Bavaria and Pacifica leaf hops plus dry-hopping with US Citra pellets in the fermenter to give it an extra, satisfying hoppy linger.
A great ‘gateway’ beer for lager drinkers venturing into the craft beer world, this beer continues our passion at Brinkburn St for well-hipped, balanced session beers.
