Malts: Pale Ale, Low Colour Pale, Cara Gold, and Munich
Hops: Citra, Amarillo, Sticklebract and Centennial. Dry-Hopped with Olicana and El Dorado.
Appearance: Mid amber and slightly Hazy.
Smell: Hoppy Tropical fruit.
Taste: Complex and intense Tropical Fruit Tones. Balanced with a hoppy dry linger
This time around for our second collaboration beer with the brilliant Steam Machine Brewery, we’ve gone for a revamped version of our ever-popular Mango Dipper. We have used four different types of mango; dried mango, mango pulp, mango purée and mango chunks creating a powerful mango taste and a pretty decent ABV of 6.6%! The result is a hazy New England IPA generously dry-hopped with Citra, El Dorado, and Azacca.
