We have a selection of beef burgers, chicken panko burgers along with our delicious vegan and vegetarian options! This is the perfect way to have a try of all of our best burgers!  

First up on the menu are the classic beef sliders, with a choice of 6 beef burgers, including all of our classic burgers and the amazing new Jerk Beef Pattie. For those who prefer chicken, the chicken panko sliders are a must-try. The chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, Brinkburn St Brewery also offers a brand new jerk chicken slide.

Vegans and vegetarians can rejoice! Brinkburn St Brewery offers a delicious range of Vegan and Vegetarian sliders, featuring pan fried aubergine, soya mince and crispy tofu options. The flavour combination is out of this world and will leave even meat-lovers satisfied. All sliders are served with a side of red-skin on chips and slaw, making this the perfect meal for sharing with friends or enjoying on your own.
